Refund policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. If your cancellation request is received and approved before fulfillment, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled under our standard cancellation policy. However, customers in the European Union may still exercise their applicable legal right of withdrawal as described below.

2. Returns and Exchanges

All Tipsy Weasels apparel and merchandise are made to order. Each item is created specifically for you after your purchase, helping us reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

For orders shipped to Canada and the United States, all sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect product selection, or sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at contact@tipsyweasels.com within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

4. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the applicable 14-day period and return the item to us.

Items should be returned with all original tags attached, where applicable. Removing tags or handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning may result in a reduction of the refund, as permitted under applicable EU law.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. These costs are non-refundable.

Original Shipping Costs

Any standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be refunded in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery offered, any additional cost resulting from your choice of expedited or premium delivery is not refundable.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products where an exception is provided by applicable EU law, including goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, where applicable.

5. Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For EU orders subject to the right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. We will issue the refund once we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please remember that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@tipsyweasels.com.

6. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
